Getting Here
Tiffindell is situated at 2720m above sea level, equidistant from the valley communities of Rhodes and Wartrail, which are 60km and 77km from Barkly East respectively. The recommended route is via Rhodes.
The last stretch of road to the resort is dirt and may be icy or covered in snow. Access is possible in a 4x4 (some people even try in a 4x2), but most prefer to park in secure uncovered parking in Rhodes at a nominal fee, where a security guard will look after your vehicle.
There is also a shuttle service which offers transport for visitors via Rhodes. The shuttle is to be booked with the resort at least a week before your arrival date. Tel: 045 974 9004/5
